Postcard: Stormy Dubrovnik

Walking back to our apartment one night after dinner, we got caught in the most fantastic thunderstorm. I have never seen as much lightning before or since, despite growing up in Florida.

Rovinj is a beautiful little Adriatic town located on the Istrian peninsula in Croatia. It’s an easy day-trip from various towns in Italy, including Venice, but is also a convenient base from which to explore Istria.
