Summertime Desktop Wallpaper | Brussels Travel Photography

Even though I’ve fallen waaaay behind on the desktop wallpaper portion of the blog, I wanted you all to be able to have something colorful to stare at throughout the summer months. Or maybe even throughout the winter. Bougainvillea grows prolifically in Florida and my parents’ backyard, where I snapped this photo, is no exception. These tropical blooms never fail to remind me of home, and the intense, sticky heat of a Florida summer.

Beautiful! I fell in love with these in Malta and then again in Greece and India. They signify warm weather and sun to me 🙂 I’m trying to grow one on my terrace here but I think it’s not enjoying the Belgian climate quite so much 🙂
Thanks! They definitely signify warm weather and tropical locations for me too. And I love the bright colors!
